In Family Law, I am an expert non court based dispute resolution, Mediator, FDRP, Collaborative Coach and Arbitrator. In Medical Negligence and Institutional Abuse matters, I am briefed as a Barrister and Mediator.
I am an educator, speaker and coach on leadership, social and emotional intelligence (SEIQ) skills and competency, necessary for revolutionising culture and teams, improve lawyers happiness , relationships and success in law and alternate dispute resolution.
Mediator: I carefully listen to and consider clients needs, values and interests and understand their vulnerability (incl lawyers) in addition to assessing the legal issues in dispute. I use process, legality and human interpersonal and leadership skills to help parties successfully negotiate to reach resolution.
In family law, I meet with clients for pre-mediation and speak with lawyers prior to the mediation.
In common law disputes, I encourage pre-mediation, and liaise with lawyers before mediation to explore issues that are important to them.

Common Law: I was employed in Specialist medical practices for 15 years. I am briefed as a Mediator and Barrister in medical negligence and institutional abuse, where I understand the vulnerabilities of clients; the human costs, the legal issues and the intersect between law and medicine to obtain successful outcomes.
Criminal and/or Local Court Offences: I am on the Legal Aid Summary and Indictable Panels and also accepts private briefs in District and Local Court matters, including DV and traffic offences.
