Family Law: Louise often requires funds be put into trust (if a trust account is operational) or monies held by the solicitor in other forms for payment of her fees so that her fees are paid according to the terms of her disclosure documents (14 days) which are provided to the lawyer on engagement. Louise welcomes open and frank discussions about any questions you may have in regard to her fees | fee structures | payment methods | terms, prior to the commencement of any requested work.
Local Court Criminal and/or Driving Offences (also direct access): Fees and payment will be discussed, when a fixed fee cost disclosure document is provided, at the time of engagement.
Common Law: Most common law claims are conditional. However, there will be exceptions that apply, which will be discussed, at the time of engagement.
