Like Fingernails On A Blackboard? Judge After Listening… Not Before!
Have you got 10.28 secs to listen? Don't automatically think that whatever is said in the vlog 'it won't work for me" or "its human skills" (blah)! I know you are busy and challenged at this time, don't automatically dismiss these vlogs by thinking to yourself 'I have no time, Im already so busy trying to keep up, I'm exhausted, with a full plate and I don't have 10.28 mins to 'waste'! :-) Can I suggest, instead of judging new or different ideas on past or current reality, or what we think we know about the world, practice or mediation, I encourage you to approach new or different ideas, thoughts, habits with curiosity, so that way we can set ourselves up to be continual learners. This then provides us the opportunity to continually improve and show up as our best selves as we serve others with excellence in practice and life.
