Family Law: Louise requires funds be put into trust (if a trust account is operational) or monies held by the solicitor in other forms, prior to services being rendered by her. She provides a comprehensive cost agreement with terms, and once those terms are agreed, expects compliance, including payment of fees as set out in the cost agreement. Louise welcomes open and candid discussions about any questions or concerns you may have in regard to her fees | fee structures | payment methods | terms, prior to the commencement of any requested work.
Criminal and/or Local Court Offences (Local Court may be direct access): Private fees and payment will be discussed, when a fixed fee cost disclosure document is provided, at the time of engagement. Louise is on the Legal Aid General Panel and accepts Legal Aid briefs in the Local Court.
Common Law: Most common law claims are conditional. However, there will be exceptions that apply, which will be discussed, at the time of engagement.
