For many this time of year is very stressful, with professional and personal stresses increased. This often results in emotional outbursts or negative reactions. I attended a 2 day intensive workshop (in addition to my extensive readings) on Social and Emotional Intelligence, which was very useful. I am completing a Diploma of Management and Leadership, with great practical 'human' skills, including social and emotional intelligence, to use in law and life.
